John Doorhy | commercial lines

John graduated in 2001 from The Valparaiso University School of Business with a degree in marketing. From 2004-2006, John managed the Agency's Electronic Business Unit. Unique to the industry, the e-Business Unit is a one-stop shop in the submission and quoting process. The Unit is tailored to meet the needs of our small business clients.

John has since moved on to middle market accounts, but still utilizes the industries available technologies in the quoting and submission process. With John's technology background he has been able provide a higher level of service to his customers by limiting the process of producing a quote or a policy change to the click of a button. As a result, John has been very successful in meeting the needs of the manufacturing, contracting, and restaurant industries.

Christina Swais is John's account manager. Christina handles policy changes, certificate of insurance requests, auto identification cards, billing issues and many other day-to-day requests.
