Rick has been in the Insurance Industry for 19 years. Rick started with a direct writer and came to work for Connor & Gallagher in 1999. Rick works in the Property & Casualty Department and is responsible for new accounts and servicing his existing client base.

Rick is a graduate of Carthage College. He lives in Crystal Lake with his wife and two children.

Deb Olson is Rick's Customer Service Representative. Deb will handle certificate of insurance requests, Auto I.D. cards, policy changes and other requests. Deb is a licensed Property & Casualty professional who will provide the service that you deserve on a daily basis.
